Wash garments only when necessary.
We strongly recommend Hand Wash of our products.
Do not put them in a washing machine or dryer.
Do not soak any cotton dress and do not wash with another garment.
Dry inside out in shade.
Drying your clothes under the sun causes color-fading. Therefore had them out to dry in evening or in shade.

We Recommend Dry Clean Only for Velvet, Corduroy and Muslin Silk products

Our aim is to ship our products in a quick, safe and inexpensive manner. 
We try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible. On an average, it takes us about 2-3 business days to ship goods out of our warehouse across India. In case of a delay, you will be notified immediately. Once your order is ready and dispatched it is usually delivered within 3-7 days. We partner with reputed courier services, so that your products reach you on time. As soon as we ship your product, the tracking information is sent to you via an email.

Cancellation requests are accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 7 days. If the customer is unsatisfied with the product delivered then he/she needs to mail us at connect@jamshastore.com within 7 days from the date of receiving the parcel. 
Items to be returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
